Elsa Álvarez is the founder and Lead Wedding Planner behind UNSPOKEN Weddings, with more than a decade of experience creating destination weddings across Mexico.

Based in Los Cabos since 2011, Elsa has planned celebrations in Los Cabos, Punta Mita, Sayulita, Mexico City, Morelos, and Valle de Bravo. Her experience has shaped a planning style that is deeply personal, highly organized, and rooted in the belief that no two couples should have the same wedding.

For Elsa, planning is about much more than timelines, beautiful tables, or perfectly executed details. It is about understanding the people behind the celebration—their story, their relationships, and the things that make them who they are—and translating those elements into an experience that feels honest, personal, and meaningful.

She works closely with her couples from the very first conversation through the wedding day, thoughtfully bringing together design, trusted vendors, seamless logistics, and a genuine understanding of how the celebration should feel.

Her greatest goal is simple: to give her couples the freedom to be present—to laugh, to cry, to celebrate, and to remember what the day was really about.
